As founder of The Northwood Group, Adam now advises middle market companies on all aspects of their sales organizations. His clients have seen a near-doubling of close rates, an increase in prices by 15 percent, and several successful exits.
Brandon Taylor
Brandon Taylor helps ambitious companies scale revenue without losing what makes them great. He believes growth should create value not only for shareholders, but for customers, employees, and the families behind the work.
Over his career as a CRO/VP of Sales and fractional CRO, Brandon has led growth at Dell, Drillinginfo (now Enverus), Sales Xceleration, and FoodChainID, and partnered with 21 companies across a wide range of industries. His operating model is simple and effective: align people, tighten process, and enable with the right technology—so growth becomes repeatable and scalable. He has also supported capital raises and M&A across multiple stages, including $0–$5M, $5M–$100M, and $75M–$150M revenue ranges.
Brandon lives in Austin, Texas with his two sons. When he’s not building revenue engines, you’ll likely find him on a trail, on a bike, traveling, or searching for the next great taco spot.
